Yuuri!!! On Ice

Good fucking God, I hate Yuuri!!! On Ice. It just feels really unrealistic that these two weren't shat on when they were in a relationship in an extremely LGBT-phobic country. It's constantly fetishised by its fanbase and is of shitty quality in general (the animation seems to be poor from what I've noticed, yet they won the award for Best Animation? I don't get it) and it won awards it did not deserve overall. Not to mention, the show mostly focuses on the relationship between the two rather than ice skating as a whole, made jokes about Yuuri's weight gain despite eating disorders running rampant in the world of skating, and some of the scenes (from what I've heard) include a 15 year old, a child, in inappropriate situations. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!
